- Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement

- Implement & monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and identify all operational findings/issues in inventory

- Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the Finance team

- Manage time scheduling & directly control inventory staff on day to day operations

- Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimises the inventory position

- Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, documented results

- Work closely with management, Operations, Technology and Finance on inventory tracking systems to streamline business operations and accountability of stock across the network

- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree from Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management

- Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Controller from a Retail, Logistic, E-commerce background

- Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset

- Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment

- Quickly adapt in a fast paced environment

- Proven leadership skills with background demonstrating executional level communication with key stakeholders

- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems

- Work collaboratively and effectively with various departments, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
