:

• Perform daily stock reconciliation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory records, promptly resolving any discrepancies that arise.
• Analyze inventory data for accuracy and generate reports within specified timelines to provide insights.
• Ensure the maintenance of office stationery and consumable stock.
• Maintain both hardcopy and softcopy documentation for record-keeping purposes.
• Generate barcodes as per operational requests to facilitate efficient tracking and identification of inventory items.
• Ensuring all warehouse operations are recorded and tracked through Job Order WMS.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all job orders by closely monitoring and coordinating with relevant teams.

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding data analytics & presentation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experienced in managing high-volume stocks, processing of 500+ items.
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
• Track record of warehouse management (inventory): Goods, Packaging, and Raw Materials.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software (WMS & ERP).
• Preferably can join as soon as possible.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics inventory control within the FMCG & FnB industry.
