Role Overview:

As a Purchasing Supervisor at Best World Kindai Hotel, your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless procurement processes and efficient inventory management. You'll play a key part in maintaining the quality and affordability of our supplies, contributing to our guests' exceptional experience. Reporting to the Financial controller, you'll work collaboratively with our team to uphold our hotel's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Execute procurement operations, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Uphold hotel purchasing policies, procedures, and cash flow guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hospitality mindset and teamwork orientation.
• Profound understanding of Hotel Purchasing Policy procedures and cash flow management.
• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in a similar role within the 3/4-star hotel industry.
• Familiarity with VHP System is a strong advantage.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Proven track record and references attesting to your accomplishments.
