• Review & negotiate prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal.
• Prepare reporting as needed as well.
• Contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality, on time delivery, minimal delivery cost and meet the requirement.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Responsible for the availability of goods and services according to demand.
• Responsible for preparing purchase orders, creating and maintaining purchasing files and price lists, keep track of purchase orders for company.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s): English.
• Preferably experience in handling IT products is a must
• Solid judgment along with decision making skills.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in similar position.
