Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Sales and Risk teams, and provide feedback if necessary to improve our leads quality, risk assessment procedure, based on experience in credit collection
• Provide updates on loan servicing and collection outcomes via weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports as requested
• Follow-up on late payments and default accounts
• Contact late repaying and defaulting customers, understand their situation, negotiate and restructure loan tenure or other terms when necessary
• Work closely with debt collection agencies and law firms to initiate the recovery of non-performing loans

Requirements:

• Great organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Fluent written and spoken Bahasa and English
• Strong ownership, positive attitude and self-motivated
• 2-5 years of experience in credit control, or customer service, or account management and related tasks in Banking/Fintech
• Good understanding of SMEs’ credit behaviors is a strong advantage
• Background in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, Statistics or related fields are preferred
• Self-starter and independent worker, who can also be a great team member
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
