Responsible for scheduling meeting based on request and taking meeting minutes

Consolidate status report from each team, prepare weekly status report, and prepare minutes/key actions from weekly SAP Internal CR meeting

Minimum of four years' experience in SAP Warehouse Management

SAP certification in Warehouse Management is a strong plus

Configure and maintain SAP WM settings to support efficient warehouse processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and inventory management

Implement and enforce warehouse management best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management functionality in both traditional and SAP S/4HANA environments

Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management

2. Minimum 1 year experience in using SAP MM or WM module.

3. Fast learner and good analytical skill.

4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

5. Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Currently PT. Harmes Solusi Integrasi is looking for a SAP MM :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Reporting to management as per SAP Project Governance (e.g. escalation management, communication management, risk management, quality management).

Ensure proper use of project management methodology (AGILE), standards, tools, processes and procedures

Experience of delivering SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud will be an added advantage

Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of project according to plan.

Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.

More than 10-12 years of SAP working experience in SAP.

Qualification certification in internationally accepted project management standards and structured methodologies, e.g. PRINCE 2, PMBoK

Help with resource, scope, risk management and managing stakeholder communication

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field, or the equivalent inexperience

Create documents / diagrams / other artifacts as needed.

Assume Integration Lead Roles for resolving cross module/process issues

1. Create Master Data Management Matereial Prodction and Non Production

2.Create Master Data Vendor Management, Shold To Party , Ship to Party

4.Training SAP s/4 Hana Material Management

6.Analytics Issue Business Proces SAP s/4 Hana Material Managemet

Acting as PIC for any SAP ERP issue or requirement related to Procurement & Logistics Business Processes

Perform and implement configuration/developments on SAP System to meet business requirements

When applicable, lead and develop junior team member in the same specialisation area (Procurement & Logistics)

Support business user related to Procurement & Logistics business transaction in SAP

Develop and provide functional specification for custom developments to be developed by SAP ABAP specialist

Conduct internal testing on configuration/development before releasing them for UAT by business users

Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required

Must Have: Minimum 6-8 years of Finance ERP configuration experience or relevant experience

8 years of relevant experience with finance process/systems

To participate/lead new business discussion from a tech/process perspective representing Finance

To architect Finance tech solution with relation to upstream system changes

Maps business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications
