Job Description

:

  • Perform data management and analysis for SAP Support. e.g., Change Request, Recurring Trouble Ticket, Problem Root cause and corresponding CR and improvement initiatives
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skill
  • Qualification:
  • IT PMO Background or Business Process Management Background with High/strong Technical Aptitude
  • Assume Integration Lead Roles for resolving cross module/process issues
  • Support IT SAP Head in driving internal improvement initiative, coordinating with all Leads in SAP Team


Qualifications:

  • Good Business Writing and presentation skills
  • Strong business process acumen
  • Retail Industry exposure is a plus
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Good verbal communication and facilitation skills in both Bahasa and English
