As a Project Sales Engineer, you shall be responsible for generating business through supply of complete steam systems. Your focus areas would be greenfield projects as well as brownfield projects involving capacity expansion. You should have a fair knowledge of various processes for different industries and should be able to incorporate the optimum steam and condensate systems focused on reducing capex and opex expenditure. You shall work closely with end clients, consultants and contractors with a differentiated offering focused on customer benefits. While on the job you shall also be enhancing your technical skills related to different industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
1.Identifying and tracking industrial projects in the market.
2.Business Development and Sales of Boiler and steam systems for Process Industries to various industry stakeholders.
3.Understand customer Needs and KPIs and thus propose differentiated solutions for boilers and steam systems.
4.Ensure market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyze key market trends.
5.Conducting Seminars/ Webinars / Exhibitions for market stakeholders.
6.Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors.
7.Responsible for Complete Sales cycle including bidding, offer preparation, offer/bid submission, contract/order negotiations, documenting benefits and successful closure thru collection of outstandings.

2.Should be open to travels and meetings with various stakeholders in the market.
Skills and Key Requirements
- Have handled EPCs, Consultants, Process industry users
- Experience in selling Industrial products which involve engineering/ tailor made offerings to customers based on benefit.
- Must have experience in sales in: Boilers and steam. And condensate systems.
- Basic knowledge of Thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, combustion and other boiler related subjects.
