Operation Specialist

OPERATIONS, STRATEGY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the partnerships (with blockchain projects), optimize digital assets liquidity on the exchange.

2. Work together with the Marketing, Business Development and Technology teams to manage and optimize the Listing/Delisting process of Digital assets.

3. Cross-function responsibility related with listing/delisting process and provide pipeline strategies.

4. Liaise with internal partners to provide customer support, client onboarding and other operation related matters to serve as the lead point of contact for all partner management matters

6. Manage the reporting regularly presented analyses including dashboards and other exchange related metrics to the senior management.

7. Enhance coordination between various departments to enhance efficiency and ensure optimal work production in the organization.

Requirements:

1. Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Trading

2. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, and other related disciplines

3. An experience working in a department task with the responsibility of controlling workflow is an advantage.

4. Basic MS office skills. Numerical skills a plus

5. Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
