• Understand all documents for the export/ import process.
• Create Surat Kuasa D.O, Pinjaman Container, Kepabeanan
• Update shipment status and upload required documents
• Monitoring shipment progress and update report.
• Checking documents/ pre-alert from freight forwarders.
• Checking Inward / outward manifest
• Build a good relationship and communication with freight forwarders.

Requirements

• Understand different of FCL and LCL
• It will be good if having knowledge in general about PPJK process PIB, PEB, Manifest
• Understand shipment flow (Export, Import, Ocean, Air) in general
• Reachable not in the working hours / days (in case any urgent)
• Experienced minimum 2 year as Customer Service/ Operator in freight forwarder / Co-Loader company
