Job Description

Responsibility

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Identifying market trend & opportunities
  • To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
  • Managing customer journey


Requirement

  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good-problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with at least 3 years of experience in telesale or sales or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze and draw insights from large data sets
