Are you a passionate and experienced professional looking for an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and mentoring others? We are seeking a motivatedFreelance Trainer and Assistant Trainer to join our team for awebinar project running from July to August 2023.
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver program learning materials through webinars.
- Engage in interactive discussions, answer questions, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Work closely with a trainer assistant to facilitate practice sessions during the webinar.
- Collaborate with the respective Program Designer and internal stakeholders to understand and identify learning needs.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to participants throughout the program.
Trainer Requirements:
- Previous experience as a trainer or mentor is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Logistics or Procurement
- Commitment to working 6-9 hours per day (3 hours per session), as scheduled by us, for the duration of the project.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Procurement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Trainer Perks:
- The ability to work remotely.
- Competitive compensation package up to Rp 15.000.000,- per week depends on the learners’ completion rate and your availability.

Assistant Trainer Responsibilities:
- Implement the technical operational standards from the webinar organizer.
- Guiding the course of the webinar such as opening, ice-breaking, and closing.
- Work closely with a trainer to facilitate practice sessions during the webinar.
- Conduct the program as assigned to the topic and the class duration.
Assistant Trainer Requirements:
- Commitment to working 6-9 hours per day (3 hours per session), as scheduled by us, for the duration of the project.
- Previous experience as a moderator is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Logistics or Procurement .
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Procurement
Assistant Trainer Perks:
