Assistant Procurement Manager Jobs

CARRO is currently looking for Assistant Procurement Manager. CARRO is an automotive buying and selling platform that offers a comfortable, safe, easy and transparent buying and selling experience through a breakthrough in calculating selling prices using a pricing calculation algorithm.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the timely delivery of quality material at the lowest possible cost
• Create a procedure, template, form, and any documentation related to procurement process
• Sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and managing all administration processes related to procurement activities
• Review and evaluate the specification and pricing of material
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors with a purpose to sourcing the best procurement services
• Improve the existing procurement system and strategy
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to design and execute procurement flow and process

Who we are looking for:

• Proven work experience as a procurement with 3+ years of experience
• Familiarity and experience with procurement tools and documents
• Familiarity with how budgeting works
• Lead and assist in vendor negotiations
• Able to have a verbal and non-verbal communication in English
• Procurement expertise with an ability to create procurement strategy and its execution
