• Manage lead times with vendors to optimize efficiency
• Foster strong vendor and supplier relationships for seamless transactions and reliable partnerships
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and cross-division to understand their specific needs
• Explores and source new potential vendors/suppliers to secure the best prices and services, while prioritizing timely delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of requests to end users
• Update and maintain the price database

Job Qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with a variety of vendors
• Knowledge of financial administration routines
• Familiarity with IT applications/software and respective vendors
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and specifications
• Strong negotiation skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrates high integrity
• Excellent office administration and organizational abilities
• Understanding of online and offline marketing needs
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
