About The Role,

We are looking for an Sourcing & Procurement Manager to build upon the success of this year. This is a great opportunity to join a with out vision where you will be working closely with the founder and the commercial partner to build a world class sales organisation. Initially the role will also include responsibilities, meaning you will run the full business operation cycle activities from start to finish.

As An Sourcing & Procurement Manager, You Will,

1.Create collaborative business plans with strategic vendors and negotiate strategies and programs by developing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

2.Review vendor contract negotiations, guaranteeing the attainment of the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery and service to ensures all goods and services meet established standards; addresses business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolves within guidelines.

3.Maintain an on-going knowledge of the company’s business initiatives and goals, so that effective sourcing can be integrated into business planning and operations.

4.Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvements in the company’s procurement operations.

5.Ensuring all product and services are purchased on time, to specification, and at the best price & solution available.

6.Negotiating with suppliers, coordinating commitment delivery from vendor, identifying new and alternative sources of supply for products and making recommendations

Your Profile,

1.Bachelor degree in any Major.

2.At least minimum 1 years experience as indirect procurement buyer and having strong experience in sourcing and procurement.

3.MS excel mastery & others related tools.

4.Excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation.

5.A teamwork player

6.Able to understanding stakeholder needs, analyze their needs, and being a solution oriented person.

7.Eager to learn new things and challenge.

8.Detail & focused oriented.

5. Have experience handle Macro will be advantage.

6. Preferably, have experience minimum a years at sourcing & procurement in Tech, Digital, Telco, Saas, Cpass, BPO industries and similar.

7.Preferably domicile at Jakarta.
