Primary responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• End-to-end recruitment
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Advertise jobs internally and externally
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
• Craft job offer letters
• Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process

Additional responsibilities:

• Develop, improve, and implement HR initiatives, procedures and processes.

Ideal candidate:

• Have a strong Recruitment background at least 5 years of experience
• Mindset: Proactive, humble, and adaptive
• Knowledgeable in Boolean searching
• Interest: Startups and open to learn anything!
• Must have sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Grit: Hunger and driven to learn
