Qc Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final decision.
• Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.
• Gaining feedback, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors
• Control quality to make sure effectivities and efficiencies.
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
• Supervising QC team members and providing guidance.

Qualifications

• Good technical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Teknik Tambang, Geology, Kimia or related programs.
• Good communication in English verbal and written.
• Previous experience in Mining Nickel.
• Experience in business administration may be advantageous.
• Ready to business trip (Halmahera-Maluku)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standualityards.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Min 7 Years experience in same role and min 3 years’ experience as Manager level.
