Job Description
Qualifications
  • Very positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Able to lead a team to plan/coordinate order satisfaction and meet KPIs
  • Excellent health condition, fit, and able to move easily among departments
  • Fluent in English
  • Clever, highly motivated, and with a high sense of initiative and loyalty
  • Computer MS Office & ERP literacy
  • Superb leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
  • Proactive team player with no competitiveness and a desire to learn, help, and support
  • 4+ years’ experience in related field
  • Ready to be placed in Karanganyar, Central Java
  • BA/BS in related field; preferably Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering

  • Developing interdepartmental coordination and team spirit
  • Leading QCs and assigning tasks to ensure standards are met at every stage
  • Selecting and developing QCs
  • Approving raw material quality reports and authorizing the purchase in coordination with the purchasing division
  • Preparing various reports and undergoing occasional projects
  • Meeting quality standards of all processes
  • Developing testing and detection methods
  • Upgrading equipment and machines to enhance quality and quality consistency
  • Coordinating with production and mechanical teams to guarantee output quality
  • Communicating culture, vision, announcements, targets, mandates, and other matters of importance to employees
  • Updating and producing daily and monthly reports regarding quality, consistency, and project management
  • Developing SOPs to elevate consistency, detection time, safety, and the company’s culture
  • Collecting reports and data to analyse and formulate conclusions
  • Incorporating technology and advanced tools to test and detect products as well as to record, track, and analyse data
