Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and market dynamics

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, statistics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and forecasting techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and address demand planning challenges

Manage relationships with suppliers, buyers, inspection agencies, vessel agents and other stakeholders

Good conceptual and analytical skills

Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, traders, inspection agencies and agents

Work actively to grow and develop the supplier base

Develop suppliers and source coal for trading desk and internal consumption

Supervise and execute contract terms as well as negotiating with miners and traders as required to successfully execute the contract terms
