Hr Manager (Plant) - Bekasi

About The Role
This role is a unique opportunity to join the client's Corporate HR team (based in Bekasi) in Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing. Selected candidates will be closely partnering with the SEA team to execute the HR Strategic plan that leads to business sustainability efforts in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities

• As the HR Manager, you are expected to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience combination of generalist and specialist (C&B and OD) experience
• Experienced working in a matrix organization it’s a plus
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Experience operating with senior/executive management teams
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• Strong process and project management skills
• Strong business acumen
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
