Job Description
Our client is a one of the largest B2B startups in Indonesia. To evolve into the next phase of its growth, our client plans to aggressively explore new business opportunities and scale the business. Towards this they are looking to hire a highly qualified Deputy CEO to join the leadership team.


The Role


In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to achieve the company's vision and lead the company's expansion. You will immediately impact company growth by prioritizing the urgency and complexity of the business agenda daily and mid-term, leading strategic initiatives, and driving program management.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and overall job satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators related to employee engagement, training effectiveness, and other relevant HR metrics using HR analytics.
  • Implement talent retention strategies, including developing career development plans and succession planning to nurture and retain top talent.
  • You'll take charge of culture transformation initiatives in alignment with the company's values and long-term vision.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and effectively communicate the desired company culture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assess the organization's training needs and develop a comprehensive training plan to address those needs effectively.


Ideal Profile


  • You have a proven experience in HR business partnering (HRBP), working closely with leadership teams to drive HR initiatives.
  • You can develop and execute effective employee communication strategies, promoting transparent channels within the organization.
  • You are a strategic leader with at least 8 years of experience in HR roles focusing on employee engagement, training, and culture transformation, preferably within a fast-growing company.
  • You understand HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations specific to the Indonesian market.
  • You have a track record of developing and successfully executing HR strategies, including restructuring and change management initiatives.
  • You can identify skill gaps and implement effective learning and development programs to address those gaps.
  • You are a highly organized, effective communicator and an agile professional capable of adapting to changing needs and priorities.
