Group Head It Business Partner

Our client is one of big mining industry in Indonesia.

:

1. Developed new innovation of Mining technology and solutions.

2. Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets for respective business unit areas.

3. Develop solution concepts and business cases for new IT investments related to Mining technology

4. Perform IT business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed. According to the goal that business unit want to achieve

5. Create and analyze relevant information and develop recommendations and present to senior management/C Level, include to each Business unit Management in the Mining Sector

6. Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, that related to information technology and outside vendors.

7. Create shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms, and share the ROI

8. Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external).

9. Partner with key management staff members to create strategic business plans.

10. Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Have experienced of being IT Consultant / IT Solutions is a plus
• Have experienced for doing pre-sales is a plus
• Have 10+ years experiences on IT Technology, Business Strategy, and management strategy
• Want to work together with all of business unit in this holding
• Willing to dealing with C-Level / Management Team
• Well known about technology, and digital transformation
