About The Role
Our sister company, Bates CHI&Partners is looking for a Creative Group Head. As a Creative Group Head you will be part of our passionate, multi-talented studio where you will help guide your junior team members along with the support of your senior to take briefs, brainstorm solutions, mock up your vision, prep them for presentation and then roll out your beautifully crafted solution into the world.
Here’s what you’ll be doing to lead Agency and Client growth

• Contribute to brainstorms & concepts
• Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
• Mock up creative ideas
• Attend client briefings & presentations
• Design across multiple channels
• Compile presentations with your team
• Contribute to crafting the design of an idea
• Generate ideas and sell them into clients and other members of the team
• Participate in pitches for new business
• Mentor junior creatives

Here’s What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Proficiency using these tools:
• Dreamweaver
• Great time management skills
• Photoshop
• Adept problem solving skills
• Great working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies & platforms
• KeyNote / PowerPoint
• Adobe Animate (Flash)
• Able to work effectively with team members
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
• Great communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made
• After Effects
• Illustrator
• HTML & CSS Coding
