Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager to join the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Comparing and analyzing global device prices from different platforms (eg. vendor websites and marketplaces).
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Sales & Marketing, Product, Operations, and Procurement to bring ideas to life.
• Driving maximum value out of each sourcing exercise.
• Supporting Operations to execute the supply strategy and facilitate product and services delivery to our customers on time
• Supporting the Head of Procurement to form and maintain strong reliable relationships with suppliers (electronic resellers, storage, and logistics) in APAC and beyond.
• Collaborating with the team closely to reach the team KPIs in different phases
• Actively seeking opportunities leading to cost reduction and higher operational efficiency.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.
• Researching each business geography to gather relevant information from IT service providers, hardware leasing providers, and marketplaces.

Skills required:

• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced startup, and different time zones.
• Strong leadership in leading projects and discussions.
• Strong research abilities to finalize great solutions, and exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Proactive, performance-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented.
• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Complete tasks within a deadline, highly responsible, fast, responsive, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
