We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Record and process data using Excel
• Point of contact for our delivery partners
• Working closely with Operation Analyst, Customer Experience Specialist and Fashion Warehouse Assistant and make sure everyone is in the loop for every decision made regarding logistic issues
• Monitoring the delivery and return process through the internal tracking system
• Troubleshooting daily logistic issues
• Ensuring the delivery and return process of every subscription box running on time every day

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to think clearly and stay calm in every situation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fearless
• Ability to learn fast
• Basic Excel skill
• Ability to work on Monday to Friday, from 12 pm to 9 pm (including during the fasting month)
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Proactive
