Our client is a prominent global energy company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the power generation space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and ensuring smooth supply chain operations
• Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Key Requirements

• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy – with the addition of having a sound understanding on logistics regulations and laws
• 10+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
• Advanced degree in logistics and a dynamic person
• Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouse management and SAP is a must
