Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping

Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouse management and SAP is a must

10+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees

Adequate excel skills is preferable, doing VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, etc.

Must be able to understand the logic of how our cups sold can translate to RM, PM, and sometimes supplies requirements

Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time, and be able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment.

Perform monthly promotion review with marketing to get the potential increase in sales by SKU

Make sure there is no supply disruption for our purchase direct (Vendor direct supply to Store) items

Having min 3+ experience as a marketing/brand/product strategist or similar role

Experiences running successful integrated marketing campaigns and a real thirst for the marketing ecosystem;

Solid knowledge of analytics/campaign performance measurement as well to set strategic KPI

Have high negotiation skills and communication skills
