Job Description

Your mission is to generate qualified leads for the sales team in order to close new deals and achieve the sales target of the organization. You will create long-term and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Goama remains in their immediate interest and priority. The chosen candidate will oversee leads from different industries primarily in your region.


Your primary objectives are but are not limited to:


  • Research prospects, identify competitors, and assist in brand-building activities to achieve strategic business goals
  • Manage CRM tools like Hubspot, and Sales Navigator to capture and manage data by assigning relevant tags, updating data
  • Ability to plan in strategic ways to achieve Sales/Client Acquisition quotas defined by the Organization
  • Proactively reach prospects through emails and Organization preferred social media channels.
  • Build and maintain a current database
  • Preparation of documents, reports, etc as needed by Business.
  • Developing strategies for new and existing prospects for effective utilization of the contact database
  • Have used and made use of various channels for acquiring a database of prospects.
  • Be open to the possibility of different modes of communication if required by the Marketing and Sales team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • 2+ years of working experience in Lead generation, Sales Development Representative, Account Management or similar roles.
  • Prior experience with start-ups, martech, and agencies is a plus.
  • Strong presentation capabilities and ability to convey ideas in a concise manner.
  • Proficient in the use of professional networking tools like LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong ability to identify strong potential leads and prospects using initiative and creativity..
  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
