As our Lead Generation Specialist, your main responsibility is to maintain and constantly generate fresh leads that can be converted to actionable deliverables that will boost our sales drives by attracting and qualifying potential clients through referrals, events, or partnerships. You will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects using strong consultative sourcing and selling skills. Drive self-sourced leads for your pipeline to achieve team goals and work towards Impact’s mission to help millions of businesses grow better.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert - meet client’s needs with our solutions, laying out business value of product offering
  • Drive the operation and continuous improvement of the outbound target development sales-qualified lead processes, tools, and analytics
  • Generating new leads and driving our lead generation campaigns
  • Be the first point of contact - provide outstanding customer experience to understand needs and initial professional assessment of our match
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads (business owners and other decision-makers)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with min GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 from Business/Marketing or any other related field
  • Portfolio of completed projects and proven experience in lead generation and/or lead management
  • Have a passion for building and growing a team
  • Demonstrated creative thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to derive insights from data to drive effective decision-making.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented with excellent research skill
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B tech market
