To qualify for the position, you must:

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management/Marketing or any Business related program (preferred but not required)

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments, as well as motivate and influence others.

· At least 3+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding companies or a strong passion to learn

· Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding principles and the local market with a strategic and consultative mindset

· Holistic understanding of supply chains and booking cycle

· Ability to work independently and has a take-charge attitude- the ability to not only do what is asked but to be able to take charge of projects, make suggestions on how things can work better, and bring attention to anything that needs it.

· Willing to work on a nightshift/rotational schedule

· Have your own laptop and suitable office space at home

· Have a strong Internet Connection - you'll need a download speed of at least 5 megabits per second (mbps) you can be
