A leading IT solutions company is recruiting for a Senior Sales Account Manager job in Jakarta, Indonesia.


About The Senior Sales Account Manager Role


You will play a pivotal role  in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. Leveraging your deep understanding of technology solutions and your exceptional sales expertise, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding key client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and business growth
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and in new markets. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor offerings and presentations to client needs
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant documentation. Present regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas
  • Solution Selling: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively articulate the value proposition to clients. Identify how our solutions align with their requirements and provide insights into potential areas of enhancement
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with clients. Address objections, provide insights, and tailor proposals to showcase the best-fit solutions
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of account managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging continuous learning and development
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor by proposing tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to formulate effective sales strategies


To be succeed in this Senior Sales Account Manager role, you must have a proven track record of success in Technology Solutions and Sytem Integration sales. 


Key Requirement


  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, IT solutions, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing environments
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Analytical mindset for sales forecasting, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in technology solutions or system integration services
