DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES|About the role
Levels Ventures is currently looking to employ a junior Channel Account Manager in the tech sector with more focus on the B2B vendors.
to help drive growth within the channel. This role is ideally suited to an existing account manager or inside sales that wants to take the next step in their career.
The role reports to APAC Channel & Alliance VP.
As the Channel Account Manager, you will:
- Development and execution of Partner Account Plans to support the development and performance of those partners.
- Drive growth within existing partners and develop additional opportunities within the channel.
- Ensuring partners are engaged, familiar, and leveraging our initiatives that will assist with their business growth.
- Working with our marketing department on campaigns for partners.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE|About you
The ideal Channel Account Manager:
- Sales/ Revenue Driven (this is an OTE role)
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Experience with the sales process and ideally email sales/ digital sales/ tele-sales experience, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and developing opportunities to close, ideally within the IT industry B2B segment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, independent and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally and collaborate and network effectively.
- At least 1 - 2 years working in the IT Industry, or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills and an ability to understand and articulate both business benefits and technical advantages of the products and solutions.
- Experience selling Cyber Security and Cloud services would be a HUGE plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present to a variety of external audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple activities.
