Job Description
If you desire to be part of something special, to be part of a winning team, to be part of a fun team - winning is fun. We are looking forward to a Channel Sales Manager in Eaton Electrical business based in Jakarta Indonesia.


What You’ll Do


The primary function of the job is to manage all sales efforts within the country, through channel partners and distributors and achieve annual sales and growth targets.


Your Essential Responsibilities


  • Leverage all other EATON team members and CE- firms to surround the customer and increase EATON’s share of wallet in the “Named Account”
  • Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values.
  • Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
  • Mobilise EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers
  • Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton business
  • To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
  • Develop & Build strong relationship with distributors and Channel Partners
  • Comply with bid review process
  • Work with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
  • Achieve sales revenue target in the assigned country which includes power quality (e.g. UPS)
  • Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers’ organization
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally


Qualifications


  • Experience with specific segment, e.g. Distributors, reseller, system integrator
  • A. 10+ years of sales experience
  • Product knowledge in Power quality, IT equipment e.g. UPS etc
  • Significant Electrical Product Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years sales experience in channel management
