Waltrump Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Partner to join our growing team. As a Channel Sales Partner at Waltrump Technology, you will have the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement joint marketing programs, co-branding initiatives, and lead generation campaigns with channel partners.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, consultants, and other channel partners to expand our market presence.
  • Represent Waltrump Technology at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the partner network.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support and training.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure effective coordination and alignment between direct and indirect sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Solid understanding of the IT services landscape, including software development, web development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within the IT services industry.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong network of connections and relationships with VARs, system integrators, consultants, and other relevant channel partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or partner management are a plus.
