Job Description

About the Channel Manager - EU Marketplace (Dutch Speaking) position

We are looking for a Channel Manager - EU(Dutch Speaker)who willbe responsible for driving the main company’s KPIs (Revenue and Profitability) for the EU Marketplace channels. You must be updated with the latest trends and technologies.

We expect you to have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage every account.

What we expect from you

·Owns the channel(s) assigned to you. Currently, in the Netherlands on Bol.com but is also planning to onboard more platforms in the Benelux region.

·Responsible for driving the main company’s KPIs (Revenue, Profitability) for the EU Marketplace channels.

·Increases the visibility and reach of the products on EU Marketplaces via improving Product Detail pages together with the Content and Sales Team.

·Performs competitor analysis and market research on marketplaces.

·Supports the pricing and sales strategy for the products.

·Serves as the Key Account Manager for the EU Marketplace partners, with a strong focus on Benelux.

·Communicates regularly with the platform partner representatives.

·Initiates improvement projects for your channels.

·Participates in initiatives that cover the entire areas of thebusiness.

·Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

What we're looking for

·Willing to work as an Independent Contractor

·At least 2 years of experience in Channel Management

·Experience using SQL

·Must have a solid E-commerce background

·Solid Experience with selling on Bol.com (strong advantage)

·Speaks Dutch and English fluently. (Fluency in other major EU languages is a plus)

·Experience with multi-channel management tools (e.g.,Plentymarkets) is an advantage

·Proficient in MS Excel and is comfortable with the entire MS Office Suite

·Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work

·Updated with the current trends, competitors, marketplace, and the industry landscape to drive volume and profitability.
