Job Description

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our overall marketing efforts, encompassing both offline and digital/online channels, as well as branding and product launching activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent brand image throughout. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing assets for both online and offline channels, aligning with target market preferences and expansion objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities related to branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, industry events, print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and other offline channels, to support market expansion efforts.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that encompass both offline and digital/online channels, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, market penetration, and expansion success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising, to reach and engage with new markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales, business development and product team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement tools that support lead generation, sales conversion, and market expansion.
  • Stay up to date with marketing technologies and tools, recommending and implementing new solutions to improve marketing efficiency and results for branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in offline and digital marketing, branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion, proactively identifying new opportunities and innovative approaches.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and content that resonates with target markets, communicates our brand value proposition, and supports market expansion efforts.
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to expand the company's reach into new customer segments and geographic regions.
  • Define and execute branding and positioning strategies to establish and strengthen our products presence in the market.


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in both offline and digital/online marketing strategies and tactics.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and offline marketing channels.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion, including defining brand identity, market segmentation, and market penetration strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the software/ERP industry. At least 3 (three) years experience in marketing or related position is preferably
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
