Description & Requirements

• Evaluating distributor performance (Infrastructure- Productivity- Distribution & Sales) by evaluating numbers SR based on KHI requirements- numbers of outlets coverage compare to universe- productivity per SR compare to standard and revenue
• Developing area by mapping area segregation- adding dist ribution points and benchmarking to competitors.
• Ensuring DPM achievement by conduction business review with bottom performer distributor and regular monitoring.
• Hiring and evaluating new distributors by mapping distributor cluster- mapping revenue vs total population in the respective area- mapping register outlet vs potential total population- mapping area segregation- and creating distributor performance report.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of working experiences in related area
• Have a good sense in problem solving and decision making
• Have a good leadership skills
• Able to do data analyzing and operate Ms Excel
• Min. Bachelor degree from any major
• Have a good b usiness acumen
• Experience in evaluating distributor performance
