Description & Requirements

• Evaluating distributor performance (Infrastructure- Productivity- Distribution & Sales) by evaluating numbers SR based on KHI requirements- numbers of outlets coverage compare to universe- productivity per SR compare to standard and revenue.
• Developing area by mapping area segregation- adding distribution points and benchmarking to competitors.
• Ensuring DPM achievement by conduction business review with bottom performer distributor and regular monitoring.
• Hiring and evaluating new distributors by mapping distributor cluster- mapping revenue vs total population in the respective area- mapping register outlet vs potential total population- mapping area segregation- and creating distributor performance report.

Requirements

• Understand to develop area based on area mapping and distributor perspectives
• Able to work as a team and collaborate with other functions
• Have a good b usiness acumen and commercial mindset
• Have a good data analysis skill
• Min. 5 years of working experiences in related area
• Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
