Distribution Development Manager Palopo

ABOUT THE JOB

Perfetti Van Melle is a privately-owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide.

The business is now looking for a strong full time Distribution Development Manager, covering the area of Palopo and Makassar.

In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Business Head.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring salesman productivity by daily briefing, guiding, coaching, and driving their performance to achieve set target.
• Managing business performance and achieving sales target in the assigned areas
• On-time implementation and on-time data submission
• Managing individual trade partners i.e. customer (wholesaler and retail) together with Distributor’s team.
• Developing and executing sales operational plan
• Monitoring and controlling sales performance vs target
• Operational control (through customer record card and joint visit) to ensure product availability and visibility.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We need you to have:

• Great Sales force management
• Great mastery of the cover areas
• Great decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in FMCG Company
• Willingness to be placed in any area of Indonesia
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Familiarity with Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Great field sales planning and execution
