About Our Client
Our client is a market-leading Enterprise Software solutions catering to over 200.000 enterprises across 100 countries, mainly to Industrial sectors such as the likes of Oil & Gas, Pulp and Paper, Mining, and Downstream, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams across the region to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
• Maintain competence of channel partners by encouraging them in enablement activities, training and certifications
• Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with channel partners - ensuring account management skills through quarterly business review for mutual growth
• Responsible to recruit and expand partner portfolio (system integrators, solution providers, resellers, etc.) - ensuring sufficient market coverage and go-to-market (GTM) strategy
• Take ownership of revenue growth by implementing sales strategies across channel partners and distributors
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout customer journey - accurate forecasts, promotional activities and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:

• Knowledge of Industrial Enterprise Software will be an advantage
• Able to work autonomously - as this is a remote-role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A Bachelor's degree at any relevant field from a reputable university
• Proven track record in acquiring, onboarding and nurturing Channel partners
• At least 6 years of professional working experience within Channel/Partner Sales roles within IT Principal companies
• Ability to demonstrate value-added solutions selling
