Job Description

  • Acquiring Accommodation Affiliate leads in country , region and global level for both branded and non branded leads , including marketing partnership across all Traveloka funnel


Finding leads from Trade Fair , Linkedin , Travel Industry Referral


Product pitching, commercial discussion & agreement


Assist partner in on boarding process


  • Optimization in existing Accommodation Affiliate Account by looking at the Commercial and Technical Performance


To make sure existing Account growth by checking the demand


Intensive catch up and discussion with Top Accounts


Analysis of partner performance on price competitiveness , operations , technical


  • Collaborating among stakeholders to support acquisition & growth of the B2B Partner


Product Management - Integration team to make sure on technical integra tion and on boarding process is meeting the timeline , mapping of key products/suppliers in affiliates.


Market Management : To make sure we have the right products to be sell to Affiliate and give suggestion on high demand properties


Customer Operation Team : to make sure that daily handling of existing account is meet the Operation SLA


Finance Operation (AR & AP) : to ensure that AR team doing the correct billing process and also for Affiliate to receive the commission correctly


Revenue Management : to make sure that commercial action taken is based on analysis to meet GBV and Net Margin Target , also analysis on price competitiveness and pricing management.



Requirements


  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing . Proficiency in other language such as Chinese will be a plus point
  • Proficient in using daily working tools such as Microsoft Office , Google Workspace . Willing to learn Business Intelligence Tools
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with 4 years of working experiences in Sales/Business Development/ Account Management
  • Candidate with Travel Industry related background (B2B Wholesaler, OTA, Travel Tech Company/GDS , Hotel, Airlines) will be prioritized
  • Good communication and analytical skill , able to work in team
  • Willing to travel domestically / internationally
