Good understanding of product management / development, preferably in the internet space

Translate product strategy into product plan, detailed requirements and prototypes.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience (multinational tech, consultant, or energy firm is preferred).

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and intuition of technical behavior as well as customer needs.

Solid oral and written communication skills.

Work closely with engineering, revenue, account, operations and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.

Good communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to deliver data-inspired findings.

1+ years of data role experience (analyst, scientist, or engineer).

1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, spreadsheet, and R/Python.

1+ years of dashboarding experience with BI or dataviz tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Domo etc.).

Prior experience in conducting statistical experimentation or A/B testing is a plus.

Prior experience in working on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Minimum Bachelor Degree with 4 years of working experiences in Sales/Business Development/ Account Management

Good communication and analytical skill , able to work in team

Optimization in existing Accommodation Affiliate Account by looking at the Commercial and Technical Performance

Collaborating among stakeholders to support acquisition & growth of the B2B Partner

Candidate with Travel Industry related background (B2B Wholesaler, OTA, Travel Tech Company/GDS , Hotel, Airlines) will be prioritized

Fluent in English both speaking and writing . Proficiency in other language such as Chinese will be a plus point

Experience in working with multiple stakeholders: product managers, data managers, QA manager, and designers.

At least 6 years of technical leadership experience

Strong experience in designing and building complex, scalable and fault tolerant distributed systems

Have experience in implementing DevOps culture – Agility. Automation. CI/CD. Microservices. IaC.

Experience in leading or managing agile development team with 12+ direct reports

Strong experience in setting technical OKRs, KPIs, technical roadmap with a strong sense of ownership
