Job Description
Client Account Manager (Aftersales) in B2B Field. You will work closely with specific yayasan and the schools under it, to ensure the process of them using AIMSIS going smooth and hassle-free.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for schools and yayasan under your responsibility
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts people and customer stakeholders within schools and yayasan
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with the schools and yayasan


The position will be full-time in Surabaya, but in the first month, we expect you to stay 1-month in Jakarta for training


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven work experience in relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including hi-rank andimportant stakeholders
  • Big plus if have proven working experience with catholic schools or organization
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
