We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the development of our B2B marketplace platform, focusing on empowering micro SMEs. As the Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change by facilitating access to a robust supplier network and streamlining business operations. Your role will be instrumental in assembling and leading a talented team, ensuring they work cohesively to achieve the vision of empowering micro SMEs through technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Foster seamless communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Champion the use of technology to streamline operations, enhance supplier connections, and facilitate growth opportunities for micro SMEs.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and implement effective strategies to empower micro SMEs in their supplier management and offerings.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize project success.
• Oversee the project's progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan and successful delivery of a user-friendly B2B marketplace platform.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines centered around empowering micro SMEs in Indonesia.
• Ensure the platform adheres to high-quality standards, data security, and scalability to meet the demands of Indonesia's vibrant business community.
• Lead a cross-functional team, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists, to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

• Passionate about empowering micro SMEs and contributing to the growth of Indonesian communities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven experience (5years) in project management, preferably in software development or B2B marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
