About The Role


The Channel Partner Manager - B2B will work closely with our key B2B partners, sales team, marketing team and other cross functional teams. This role will help Aspire to expand the partnerships with B2B platforms in Indonesia. Aspire is growing tremendously in Indonesia and we want to partner with the B2B platforms to build a strong ecosystem and get referrals from partners that will ultimately grow our revenue.


What will you be doing?


  • Conduct event and represent Aspire at conferences, summit or other relevant events
  • Engaged in meaningful business and account review to support partners in meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Create and build the playbook to scale the B2B partnerships program in Indonesia
  • Identify, analyse and execute the projects to drive referral and revenue via B2B partners
  • Proactive management with Aspire’s channel policies, stringent expectations management of partners to minimize channel conflict
  • Establishes productive, professional and strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and territories
  • Acquire, manage and grow the B2B partners
  • Joint effort with sales and marketing to grow the partners and their clients
  • Ensures partners receives and complete required enablement program.
  • Build momentum and executable next steps in joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Initiates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, sales, marketing and management resources that would contribute to the success of the partner ecosystem


We would love to get to know you if you have the following:


  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to earn trust and think big
  • Has experience and proven record in building, maintaining and expanding high performance partners in required territories
  • Must be highly motivated and able to function independently within their territory as well as within a cross-functional team.
  • Has 5 years or more of channel sales experience or business development. Strong network in B2B platforms is a big plus
  • Is curious,creative, assertive and a great communicator
  • Has experience working in both big and mid size organizations and ready to bring the best and most applicable ideas to us
