Job responsibilities

• Enrollment Management: Manage the entire enrollment process to ensure targeted student enrollment goals are met or exceeded on a monthly basis. Manage good relationships with our university partners and timely in communicating status updates on a regular basis on the application, admission, and enrollment process for all new students.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to guide strategic planning, make informed decisions, and track enrollment metrics. Regularly report on enrollment performance to senior management.
• Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with the VP of Growth to develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment growth, and monitor progress towards these goals. Analyze market trends, recruitment tactics, and admission policies to develop enrollment strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with university partners and potential students, as well as internal key stakeholders. Represent PINTAR at school fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
• Customer Service: Ensure potential students receive a positive and seamless enrollment experience. Handle student inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the enrollment process.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Enrollment team, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure top-notch performance. Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Enrollment team.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and trends in the education industry
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other enrollment management software
• Proven success in a leadership role with a focus on team development and performance management
• High level of grit, perseverance, and a drive to succeed
• Min. 5 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a similar role in the education or workforce development industry
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making
