3 - 5 years audit experience (proper audit & risk knowledge and skill)

Excellent communication skill including ability to influence people & working with team

Perform audit services (both assurance & advisory) covering approximately 500 Astra sales operations branches across Indonesia

Ability to adapt & being tactical

Ensuring Sorting plan data at the application level in accordance with operational needs and processing and upload related data

Follow up on tickets from users

Proficient in operating Ms. Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.)

Able to work in a team

5+ years of experience in Sales Manager / Sales Operation Manager role

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Communicate with customers to determine and address their needs, and providing them with positive customer experience

Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.

Maintain and manage customer data in commercial system to properly sales terms reflective of order to cash contractual obligations

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience as DBA

- Mastering the process of Backup / Restore Database (including tape lifecycle)

- Mastering the Database administration process from the side of Storage, Database User and Security

- Mastering SQL Server 2012++ / PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Mastering Windows and Linux

- Mastering the concept of RDBMS

Strong knowledge of business processes, data quality management tools and techniques, and data governance principles.

Design, develop, implement, and manage data quality process steps and procedures for business data.

Have at least 1 year of experience in data-related fields (fresh grads are welcomed).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Classify non-platform data availability and compile and develop tabulation structures and variable data types in business operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop data quality standards and protocols.

Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or experience working as a Technical Team

Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Partnership is an advantage

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Having experience in handling Government is a plus point

Develop and implement strategies for sales operations in both B2G and B2B sectors

Good at SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL). Preferably on MS SQL.

Understanding service management process related to service operation area such as Release, Inventory, Service Request, Event, Incident and Problem Management.

Experience in managing Database such as Ms SQL, MySQL. Knowledge in other databases will be additional value: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, IBM DB2.

Design, Develop and maintain report used for daily operation, management and analytics

Bachelor's degree from computer science or related fields, or equivalent software engineering experience

Experience in monitoring, operation, and development of tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Confluence, CDSW, SSIS, SSMS
