Responsible for any improvement projects / initiatives within ShopeeMall Acquisition and analyze projects' impact to overall business performance

Maintain ShopeeMall Acquisition internal systems and in charge for any relevant inquiries regarding the systems

Monitor progress of brands in the pipeline, calculate SLA per process, and provide deep-dive analysis

Good knowledge civil, drainage, & water management design, cost estimate, supervise, control, and coordination for construction project

Tertiary education (S1) in Civil or Mining (experience in mine civil project area minimum 9 years)

Make the mine civil, water management, and pit project development work design and planning using computer-aided design

Working knowledge with mining, civil & hydrology software e.g.: Minex, Autocad 2D/3D, Hec-Ras, etc.

Minimum 2 years as same position/superintendent or 5 years as senior engineer

Excellent in team work and communication (verbal-written in Bahasa & English) to be able to deliver, monitor, and evaluate the activity.

Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and data analysis.

Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on solar energy.

Strong knowledge of renewable energy policies, regulations, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential KSAs Required (experience, Skill, Education, Certification, Etc.)

Previous or existing working relations with the Directorate of Government Support, and Infrastructure Financing Management (DGSIFM) of the Ministry of Finance.

Consider factors such as environmental impact assessment, social safeguards, governance standards, and disclosure requirements.

Incorporate ESG considerations, compliance requirements, risk allocation mechanisms, and dispute resolution procedures in the contract document.

3+ years’ experience in professional experience in legal consulting, preferably with a focus on environmental law, social law, and governance frameworks.

Proven track record and experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice on regulatory matters.

Responsible to define strategy and roadmap for the product that we are developing

Gather user requirements from customers, support and project teams and assess requirements.

At least 6 years working experience using Java.

Proven skills in the implementation of significant Java-based product development.

Candidates must possess a good degree in a technical subject and at least a SCJP certification.

At least 3 years working experience in a payments systems environment, or from a strong background working with concurrency.
