As the Head of HR, you will:

• Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set KPIs and monitor their effectiveness
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and bonus structures, performance reviews, incentives schemes, employee retention, team building, and internal employee communications
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the company growth and objectives
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to shape the company's overall vision and strategy
• Manage and mentor a team of executives
• Promote a positive company culture, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction
• Continuously assess and optimize HR practices, making recommendations for improvement as needed

Requirements:

• A results-oriented and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with HR systems and software
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior leadership role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully scaling HR operations in a growing organization
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
