Job descriptions

1. Responsible for employee database and administration.

2. Take care of administration such as overtime orders, calculate attendance and assignment letters.

3. Coordination of office maintenance, assets, equipment, and cleanliness to ensure the office is in good condition

4. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, as well as compliance with labor regulations

5. Create daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports to identify the situation

6. Make reports on compensation & benefits, payroll and others related to HR

7. Pay attention to and regulate ATK, other facilities and infrastructure

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in Psychology, law or equivalent from a reputable university

2. Having the same experience at least 1 year

3. Able to communicate and write in fluent English

4. Knowledgeable in laws.

5. Good Ms. Excel, numerical, HRIS and administrative skill

6. Strong coordination and communication skills, humble and down to earth

7. Meticulous, have attention to details, diligent and able to work independently and with integrity

8. Willing to be placed in Medan
